AI is becoming part of how Iute works: in the way we communicate, in the insights we draw, in our digital channels and in new areas every month. Our aim is for every team to use it with confidence and see real value, and we are building a group-wide approach to make that happen.

As our Group AI Governance Lead, you will join our Data Science and AI line, reporting directly to the CEO. AI is already part of our daily work; the next step is to make it a common, flexible way of working across the whole group, with the governance to match. That step is yours to shape.

What you'll do

Your mission is to help every function and subsidiary at Iute adopt AI with confidence – they build their own solutions, you provide the framework, tools and support. Among other things, you:

• Build: design the Group AI framework and its guidance, and create the templates, the register and the tools that show where AI is used across the group, at what level, and what value it brings

• Support: sit with teams as they develop their AI, run the checks and reviews together with them, and help them reach launch faster and with fewer surprises

• Communicate: be the go-to partner for business functions, use-case owners and management, build confidence through training and guides, and give management a regular, honest picture of where AI stands

• Manage: run the projects that bring all of this to life across teams and countries, set priorities and timelines together with the functions, coordinate the people involved, and keep a light overview of each AI solution on its journey from registration to live use
