About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA Engineer to join our growing team at Iute Group.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and business teams to ensure the quality, functionality, and reliability of our digital products. Your work will directly impact the customer experience by helping deliver smooth, secure, and high-performing solutions across our fintech ecosystem.

What you’ll do
• Design, write, and execute comprehensive manual test cases based on product requirements.
• Prepare and maintain relevant test data sets to ensure thorough test coverage.
• Identify, document, and track bugs in a structured and detailed manner using Xray.
• Collaborate with developers and business teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Participate actively in sprint planning, release preparation, and continuous delivery workflows.
• Contribute to improving QA processes, standards, and tools as the team scales.
• Monitor and validate system performance and reliability through proactive testing practices.
What we expect from you
• At least 3 years of experience in manual software testing.
• Solid knowledge of SQL, with PostgreSQL experience considered a plus.
• Experience with API testing using Postman.
• Foundation level ISTQB certification (as minimum)
• Familiarity with the SDLC and agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
• Ability to learn independently and quickly understand new systems and tools.
• Clear and structured communication skills, both verbal and written.
Nice to have
• Familiarity with monitoring and log analysis tools such as Grafana or Kibana.
• Understanding of test automation fundamentals.
