About the role

We are looking for a Financial Implementation Manager who ensures that every new product, feature, and regional expansion is built on a strong financial foundation and integrated seamlessly across the organisation.

In this role, you will act as a key link between Product and Finance, ensuring that financial implications are well understood, planned, and executed across systems and markets.

What you’ll do

• Act as a key point of contact between Product teams and Finance stakeholders, helping design and integrate new products and features with the right financial impact.

• Partner proactively with product teams to understand their needs, navigate prioritisation challenges, and minimise impact on Finance.

• Support local finance and back office teams during new implementations.

• Step in during incidents to assess financial impact, drive resolution, and help prevent similar issues in the future.

• Maintain clear documentation of product flows across financial systems and reporting.

What we expect from you

• Strong background in finance, accounting, or banking.

• Data-driven mindset and the ability to deep dive into insights.

• Hands-on experience with Power BI and Excel.

• Fluent in Estonian and English, both spoken and written.

Nice to have

• Experience managing end-to-end product integration lifecycles.

• Basic understanding of data models, SQL, and engineering fundamentals.
