About the role

We are looking for a Group Financial Controller who is passionate about numbers, enjoys analysing and preparing financial data sets, and maintains a strong focus on financial data quality.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating financial reporting across the Group, ensuring consistency and accuracy, and supporting both internal and external stakeholders with high-quality financial information.

What you’ll do

• Coordinate and monitor the financial reporting process of subsidiaries and align local reporting with group reporting.

• Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements.

• Prepare financial data for and communicate with external auditors.

• Compile financial data for investors’ quarterly reporting.

• Prepare detailed financial statements and additional information based on investor requests, including collecting data from different Iute Group departments.

What we expect from you

• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, including consolidation principles.

• Ability to navigate, analyse, and apply the requirements of international financial reporting standards (IFRS).

• Fluent in Estonian and English, both spoken and written.

• Good skills in using Microsoft 365 productivity tools.

Nice to have

• Previous experience working as a financial controller or accountant.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power BI.
