About the role
We are looking for a Webmaster and Web Owner to join our Customer Experience team and take ownership of the website ecosystem across four countries and the Group website.
This role combines platform governance, product thinking, and hands-on execution. You will drive continuous improvements to our web presence while ensuring alignment across markets and positioning our websites as a strong showcase of our digital channels.
You will work closely with subsidiaries, customer experience teams, marketing, and product teams to translate business needs into impactful web improvements.
This is a strategic and execution-focused role — you will not only plan and prioritise, but also work hands-on in WordPress to implement improvements that drive measurable results.
What you’ll do
• Own and align the website ecosystem across all country websites and the Group website.
• Ensure consistency in structure, messaging, and brand experience across countries and channels.
• Act as the central coordination point between country customer experience teams, marketing, and product teams.
• Implement small, continuous improvements to WordPress websites.
• Update content, adjust layouts, and optimise website performance.
• Manage WordPress core, themes, and plugins to ensure security, performance, and cost efficiency.
• Translate business and product requirements into web improvements and roadmap priorities.
• Drive traffic from websites to the MyIute mobile app.
• Balance business objectives, user experience, and technical sustainability in decision-making.
• Improve SEO fundamentals, site architecture, navigation, and content structure.
• Help design and optimise conversion funnels to increase engagement and drive traffic across digital channels.
• Monitor website performance using analytics tools and implement data-driven optimisations.
What we expect from you
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in web management, product ownership, or digital product roles.
• Hands-on experience with WordPress, including page editing, plugin management, and troubleshooting.
• Strong UX and UI sensibility and the ability to translate user needs into effective digital solutions.
• A business mindset focused on impact, value creation, and measurable results.
• A proactive, execution-oriented approach with strong ownership of outcomes.
• Experience working cross-functionally with customer experience, marketing, and product teams.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals such as SEO, content funnels, and conversion optimisation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix organisation and collaborate with multiple stakeholders across markets.
• Strong prioritisation and backlog management skills in agile environments.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
