UI/UX Senior Designer

About the role
We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our Customer Experience team and help shape digital solutions that are both visually engaging and functionally effective.
In this role, you will play a key part in designing intuitive user experiences and elegant user interfaces for our mobile app and internal tools. Your work will have a direct impact on tens of thousands of customers who interact with Iute products on a daily basis.
You will collaborate closely with fellow designers, developers, product managers, and marketing specialists to deliver user-centric design solutions that balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
What you’ll do
• Design visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces for our mobile app, websites, and internal software platforms.
• Map, analyse, and improve user journeys, navigation flows, and interaction models to enhance usability and engagement.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity design concepts, iterating based on feedback and usability insights.
• Ensure brand consistency across all designs, including typography, colour, layout, and visual language.
• Design mobile-first and responsive interfaces for different screen sizes and devices.
• Contribute to A/B testing initiatives and analyse design performance to improve conversion and reduce drop-offs.
• Use user research, usability testing, and behavioural data to inform design decisions.
• Stay up to date with UI/UX best practices, accessibility standards, and design trends, and bring fresh ideas into the team.
What we expect from you
• At least 4–6 years of professional experience in UX design or a closely related field.
• Prior hands-on experience in UX or product design, not only visual or graphic design.
• Experience conducting user testing and other forms of UX research.
• A strong portfolio showcasing real-world projects and problem-solving cases.
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, usability best practices, and information architecture.
• Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, or similar interface design tools.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions clearly to different stakeholders.
• A thoughtful, structured, and creative approach to solving user problems.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written (C1 level or higher).
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
• Familiarity with accessibility guidelines (e.g. WCAG 2.1, EAA) is an advantage.
