About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Group Digital Marketing Lead to lead our Group’s digital strategy and execution across the Balkan region, with a strong focus on driving active user engagement within our mobile application.

This role is pivotal in new customer acquisition, driving sales conversions, and enhancing brand loyalty through innovative digital initiatives. You will coordinate digital marketing performance and execution across multiple markets, ensure alignment with business objectives, and set clear standards and best practices for app-centric growth.

What you’ll do

Group-level digital strategy and execution
• Develop and implement a comprehensive, group-wide mobile-first digital strategy focused on new customer acquisition, sales conversions, and increasing active user engagement and retention in the mobile app.

Affiliate Program ownership
• Take ownership of driving Affiliate Program success and scaling its impact across markets.

Standards, best practices, and performance management
• Establish and enforce consistent digital marketing standards and best practices across all markets, covering acquisition, conversion, app engagement and retention.
• Define, monitor, and improve digital KPIs to measure effectiveness, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.

Content and customer engagement
• Develop and oversee marketing content that resonates with target audiences, with a strong focus on user engagement and app adoption.

Cross-market collaboration
• Coordinate digital marketing teams across different countries and ensure smooth collaboration with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and technology partners.

What we expect from you
• Proven expertise in digital marketing, with experience leading mobile-first engagement and customer acquisition strategies.
• Strong leadership and multi-market management skills to coordinate teams across different countries.
• Technical and analytical mindset, with a data-driven approach.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, ASO, social media, email marketing, display advertising, and conversion optimisation.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage campaigns end-to-end with proper tracking and performance measurement.

Hiring process
