About the role
Iute Group is establishing a new group-level role – Group Head of Partner Ecosystem – to drive the strategic and commercial development of our partner ecosystem across all Iute markets.
In this role, you will be responsible for expanding and diversifying the partner network beyond traditional dealer loan or BNPL segments, fully leveraging the Iute product portfolio, and leading international and cross-border strategic partnerships with large regional and global partners.
You will work closely with Group Product Heads, Marketing, Technology, and country commercial teams to ensure scalable execution and measurable commercial impact.
This is a full-time, office-based role located in Tallinn. Working language is English.
What you’ll do
Partner ecosystem growth
Build and execute the Group-level partner ecosystem strategy.
Expand the partner network into higher-margin and multi-vertical segments.
Develop scalable partner acquisition, activation, and retention models.
Strategic partnerships
Lead international and cross-border strategic partnership negotiations.
Secure and launch partnerships with large regional and international brands across multiple Iute markets.
Commercial leadership
Drive partner GMV, activity, and engagement within the MyIute ecosystem.
Expand the Marketplace offering and partner participation.
Implement loyalty, rewards, and repeat-purchase mechanisms.
Cross-functional collaboration
Work closely with Group Product Heads (Dealer Loans, BNPL, Insurance, Wallet, Marketplace).
Collaborate with Marketing on partner campaigns and co-branded initiatives.
Coordinate with country commercial teams to ensure local execution.
Technology enablement
Define and prioritise business requirements for IT developments supporting the partner ecosystem.
Ensure scalable integrations, onboarding processes, and ecosystem services together with Technology teams.
What we expect from you
Experience in partnerships, ecosystem building, business development, or marketplaces.
Proven ability to manage international or cross-border strategic partnerships.
Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
Experience working in multi-market environments.
Ability to drive IT development from the business side.
Analytical, structured, and execution-oriented approach.
Excellent English skills.
