About the role
Iute Group is seeking a Group Head of Dealer Loans to lead the strategic, technological, and commercial success of our Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) and dealer instalment loan products across all Iute markets.
In this role, you will lead a dedicated product team responsible for building, prioritizing, and delivering the product roadmap. You will own the product development OKRs and ensure continuous improvement of our product offering and sales channels — both offline and e-commerce. You will also drive the successful market launch of new features, ensuring strong adoption and measurable business impact.
Success in this role requires close collaboration with marketing, technology, sales automation, insurance, customer experience teams, as well as with product and commercial teams in our subsidiaries.
This is a full-time, office-based role located in Tallinn, Estonia. Our working language is English.
What you’ll do
Business Growth & Commercial Leadership
Lead and take full accountability for BNPL and dealer instalment loan business performance across the Group.
Lead the execution of seasonal marketing and sales plans across all Iute markets to drive partner and customer adoption.
Lead the market launch of new product features, ensuring strong usage, partner buy-in, and commercial results.
Design and implement sales concepts that support continuous growth.
Develop and refine business and sales strategies for dealer-focused segments.
Expand and strengthen the dealer network in all operating markets.
Product & Channel Development
Lead a dedicated product team, manage resources, and ensure timely delivery of the product roadmap.
Set and take full accountability for product development roadmap OKRs.
Translate business requirements into clear specifications for developers and technology teams.
Continuously improve the performance and user experience of both offline and e-commerce partner channels.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Initiate and co-create strong marketing and sales campaigns together with HQ and local marketing teams.
Work with the Group Head of Sales Automation to build and optimize automated sales flows.
Collaborate with the Group Head of Insurance and Group Head of Wallet to develop bundled offers for the dealer network.
Work closely with Customer Experience teams to ensure high-quality end-user and partner journeys.
Competence Building & Knowledge Sharing
Analyse market developments, identify innovations, and translate these into product development priorities.
Create documentation, guidelines, and training materials for partner channels and dealer loan products.
Conduct training and demo sessions for internal teams and partners.
Provide monthly and annual performance summaries of the Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) and dealer instalment business.
Collaboration With Iute Subsidiaries
Maintain continuous communication with country teams to support local execution and gather insights.
Conduct regular field visits to meet partners, assess needs, and identify opportunities for growth.
Align and agree on product developments and improvements together with subsidiaries.

Strong understanding of e-commerce, sales, marketing, and partner-driven business models.
Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
Excellent project management skills and ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Commercial mindset with a focus on growth, profitability, and customer/partner value.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented approach.
Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and travel across Iute markets when needed.
