We’re looking for a Group Business Architect – a strategic role responsible for driving the architectural vision and outcomes across the company. The ultimate objective is to ensure consistency, continuity and scalability of Group business solutions.

About the role
In this key position, you will manage and develop essential business architecture areas such as capabilities, value streams, organizational structure, key business metrics, company vocabulary and change management principles.
You will provide group-wide architectural approach and structure to ensure alignment across group product streams, functions and geographical regions.

Responsibilities
• Represent architectural thinking, translating complex subjects and operational processes into clear architectural concepts, providing clarity and structure.
• Develop and communicate high-level models of how the business operates, including capability maps, value stream maps, and organizational charts.
• Manage and develop core architectural knowledge across product value streams.
• Collaborate with teams to define, describe, and model customer value delivery for various financial products and services.
• Document business analysis and architecture artefacts in clear formats and communicate outcomes to key stakeholders.
• Contribute to targeted group projects and strategic business initiatives with architectural structure and direction.
• Maintain a common business vocabulary to ensure consistency across all functions, products, and services.
• Provide a strategic perspective to the setup and implementation of key business metrics.

What we are looking for
• Proven experience in business analysis or business architecture roles, including process analysis, conceptual modelling and solution architecture design, ideally within an enterprise or fintech context.
• Strong conceptual and analytical thinking, with the ability to navigate both strategic and operational levels.
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement and collaboration – working closely with Chief Officers, Product and Engineering Managers, and Product Analysts.
• Clear and confident communication skills to influence architectural direction across diverse domains.
• Experience defining and managing business architecture components such as capabilities, value streams and organizational structures.
• Familiarity with architecture tools (e.g. Archi, Bizzdesign or similar).
• Fluency in English and readiness to work on-site.
• A good understanding of financial services products and processes is an advantage.
