About the role
We are looking for a Product Manager to drive the evolution of MyIute, our flagship mobile application used across multiple markets. MyIute is more than just a financial app—it empowers customers to open a digital wallet, transfer money, apply for loans, manage repayments, explore insurance options, and access a wide range of personal financial tools. All of this comes together in a seamless, secure, and user-friendly digital experience designed to simplify everyday financial life.
You will also be responsible for ensuring the healthy growth of active MyIute users across all markets.
As Product Manager, you will champion the app vision and customer experience, shaping the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of features that impact thousands of users. Your role will span from discovery to launch, optimization, and scaling, with success measured by active users, engagement, and satisfaction.
Your responsibilities
Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap of the MyIute app.
Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle across all operating countries.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to prioritize features and ensure timely delivery.
Oversee QA, testing, and bug resolution to maintain app stability and reliability.
Drive localization and compliance for multiple regional markets.
Lead user research and Voice of Customer programs to translate insights into action.
Ensure strong alignment with backend systems and APIs powering the app.
Track and monitor key metrics including active users, retention, NPS, and adoption.
Report progress and performance regularly to senior management and stakeholders.
What we’re looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
8–10+ years of experience in product ownership, product management, or digital project management.
Proven success managing mobile app products and digital customer journeys.
Strong analytical skills and experience making data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Bonus points for
Experience in fintech, digital banking, or financial services.
Familiarity with backend systems, APIs, and integrations.
Knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
Strong UX/UI sensibility and customer-first mindset.
Hands-on experience with analytics tools (Mixpanel, Firebase, Google Analytics, etc.).
