About the role
As a Senior Product Manager, you will take full ownership of the MyIute app — our flagship digital channel and the heart of our financial ecosystem. This role is not about backlog management. It is about shaping a bold vision, setting strategy, and leading a cross-functional team to deliver customer-obsessed outcomes at scale.
As the accountable owner of the MyIute app, you will define where the product is going in the next 5+ years and ensure each step of the roadmap builds toward that vision. You will own the full product lifecycle — from shaping vision and strategy to managing roadmaps, delivery, optimization, and growth. Your role requires blending business acumen (market insight, customer needs, commercial opportunities) with technical fluency (scalable architecture, app performance, digital product innovation) to ensure MyIute becomes the go-to platform for loans, wallets, and insurance across all our markets.
This is an on-site position in Tallinn, Estonia, where your presence and leadership will be key in aligning stakeholders, engineers, designers, and data teams to deliver meaningful impact at speed. Please note that if you are currently based outside Estonia, relocation will be required.
Your responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategy, vision, and roadmap for the MyIute app, ensuring alignment with business growth goals.

Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle across all operating countries, from concept to launch to continuous improvement.

Partner with engineering, design, data, and other cross-functional teams (Risk, Legal, Finance, CX) to prioritize features, ensure compliance, deliver scalable integrations, and maintain app stability, quality, and performance.

Drive localization, user research, and Voice of Customer initiatives to guarantee relevance and customer obsession in all markets.

Define, track, and optimize KPIs (active users, retention, NPS, feature adoption), and report progress to senior management.
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Technology, or a related field.
- 10-15+ years of experience in product ownership, product management, or digital program management.
- Proven track record in managing, growing mobile apps and digital customer journeys.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of making data-driven decisions.
Bonus points for
- Experience in financial services, fintech, or digital banking.
- Understanding of backend systems, APIs, and integrations.
- Familiarity with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
- Strong UX/UI sensibility and customer-first mindset.
- Experience with analytics tools (Mixpanel, Firebase, Google Analytics, etc.).
