About the role
We are hiring a Data Scientist to help build data and AI-driven products across Iute Group. This role is open to both early-career talent and experienced professionals who want to create real business impact. You will work with financial and customer data, develop ML solutions, and contribute to modern AI use cases, including LLM-powered features.

Your key responsibilities

• Explore and analyze data to identify opportunities, risks, and product improvements

• Build and improve machine learning models from problem framing to deployment support

• Design and test AI use cases aligned with market trends, including GenAI and LLM applications

• Support LLM functionality such as prompt design, response evaluation, and basic RAG-style workflows

• Partner with data engineers and product teams to productionize models and AI features

• Take ownership of end-to-end use cases, with opportunities to mentor others or deepen your craft based on your experience level

• Communicate insights and model outcomes clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders

What we are looking for

• Early-career profile is welcome and experienced candidates are equally encouraged to apply

• Strong fundamentals in statistics, machine learning, and data analysis

• Practical knowledge of Python and SQL

• Interest in AI trends, especially GenAI, LLMs, and real-world AI product use cases

• Clear communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

• Curiosity, ownership mindset, and motivation to learn fast

Nice to have
• Experience in fintech or financial services
• Experience with model deployment, monitoring, or cloud platforms

Hiring process
Our hiring process is straightforward and transparent. It starts with a short screening call, where we get to know each other better and discuss your background. After that, you will have an interview with the Group Head of Data Science to talk through your experience and interests in more detail. Throughout the process, we keep communication clear and provide timely feedback so you always know where things stand.
